Angry as Heck! they were suppose to be here btwn 10-12 today… I get it when you’re bust and backed up…but a simple courtesy call to notify a customer would help..sat here for 3 hours without getting paid at work. Lost money and no air…from a recommendation! UPDATE 7/12/17… I received a call after this situation from Ann & ended up rescheduling for the next day…which actually made it All Good…was originally angry due to not receiving a call to advise they were running late…this morning the service tech was on time and handle everything wonderfully…changing my score to 5 stars!
