I very happy with the installation crew and the office. Jordon and his crew were very professional, respectful and considerate. He answered all my questions. Same with the office, Kristina & Ann, very helpful. Also, John S. who came to write up the contract, he handled everything and made it very easy for me. I had the Mitsubishi Split-type Air Conditioner installed. I am so happy with this system. My main concern was how quite it would be when it was on, it is so quite!!! I would highly recommend.

I am a highly satisfied customer, with both the Mitsubishi Mini Split ductless unit and the company. The installers reported as scheduled and diligently worked to complete the new installation in a timely manner. They initially said “2 days for completion.” They finished in a day and a half. Their price was UNDER the quotes I received from the other two companies. The two installers, Richard and Jack, were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after their work. They patiently answered my many questions about the system and ensured that I knew how the remote units worked before leaving. My historic home, that did not have a heater for the past 21 years, is now efficiently heating and cooling, based on my selection. I am thrilled. After all those frosty mornings when I needed to wear a jacket inside, now it’s not necessary. Signed, a comfortable, warm on cold days and nights, and very happy customer. Thank you Schaef Air Company and Mitsubishi!

We have been using this company for more than 15 years. They have done it all for us. Installed a new unit. Maintenance on our current unit and troubleshooting and problem solving on our current unit. Super professional, quick response, and always fixes what is wrong with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!
